MTG Cube Pack Generator v1.0 is Live!

Well, we did it. After several days of hammering away at this thing, I’m happy to say version 1.0 of the MTG Cube Pack Simulator is officially complete. Every single card in my proxy vintage cube has been uploaded, JSON’d, and slotted into the generator. That means all colors, multicolor, colorless, and lands are in and ready to roll.

This started as a fun side project after building the Once Upon a Galaxy random deck generator (or the “Yukifyer,” if you know you know). I figured if I had that much fun building a silly randomizer for a Twitch game, why not do the same for my cube?

The idea here was to make something lightweight and easy to use that mirrors the physical cube I already play with. It even uses the exact same art I printed out for the paper version, so the whole experience feels familiar. Click “Open Pack,” and bang … 15 cards fly in like you’re about to make the greatest pick one, pack one decision of your life.

If you want to check it out, the cube generator is now live at:

Right now, I’m trying to figure out what new features to add, what to polish, and if I have the skill to even do either of

Thanks to everyone who offered feedback, helped me troubleshoot, or just watched the chaos unfold in real time. Let me know what you think, and of course, feel free to draft a pack or twenty.
